Crucial WhatsApp Beta Update To Fix Bug Causing Crashes, Fails To Resolve Issue For Some Users

WhatsApp recently released a new update for the Instant messaging application, which increased the existing version to 2.19.366. The latest update brings many tweaks and several interesting features.

WhatsApp has introduced some notable changes in this version. The new update moved the Wallpaper option to a dedicated Display section. The option was previously available under the chat settings.

We all know that Dark Theme is still under development for WhatsApp users. However, the beta version brings us closer to its release by moving the Dark Theme to Chat Settings. Additionally, the update packs some visual changes as well.

Most importantly, the WhatsApp team has fixed a major bug found in the previous version. The frustrating bug caused the beta application to crash on many Android devices. Facebook’s engineers claim that you should install the latest update to fix the problem.

It seems like some people are still stuck with the same issue even after updating their apps.

The disappointed users complained about the fact that WhatsApp suddenly stopped working. They demanded that the company should address the issue on a priority basis.

Solution For WhatsApp Beta Crash Issues

If you are experiencing the problem on an earlier build, you should check for the latest updates. If the problem persists, it is highly recommended that you should first completely uninstall the app and download it again.

Let’s hope that the WhatsApp team takes its time to fix the crash issues before releasing future updates. So, if this version hasn’t fixed the bug yet, you will have to wait for a couple of days.

If you want to get your hands on the new features, visit Google Play now to download the latest beta update. Needless to say, the update may not be available for everyone. WhatsApp is gradually rolling out the update to avoid major issues.
