We are nearing to the end of the third quarter of this year. At the start, it was pretty sure that the companies, Sony and Microsoft would be revealing their two consoles by the end. We have now seen both the consoles but now the question remains: when and which one will come out first? According to this recent report posted on Bloomberg and their comment on Sony’s performance, Sony may just beat Xbox to the punch.

According to the report, Sony hasn’t been meeting many of its goals during this year. This was quite expected due to the Covid-19 spread, not to mention the extremely shrinking economy throughout the globe. The highlighted part out of the entire passage, though, was this comment from an employee at Sony. According to that employee, the company plans on revealing, in further detail, both the consoles this month. Additionally, this announcement may mean more games being announced or further accessories.
A while back we found out that the company may wait till after the games display from Xbox to showcase some more titles. There was even some leaked news about an upcoming God of War title. This may be what Sony has saved in the bag for this long. Perhaps, we may even find out about the pricing of the two consoles: Blu-ray and Digital one. Perhaps pricing and availability would be the thing people are waiting for anxiously as these would be the thing people would be saving up for this holiday season. It would also be something quite tricky since the company that announces the pricing first would be at a disadvantage as the other one would be able to plan accordingly to break their share.
